Yogurt and berry brekkie mix

Simple, fast, & nutritious

1 cup (FULL FAT) yogurt - natural, greek, or SOYA (for dairy-free)

1 1/2 cup (as many as you like, really fresh raspberries

1/2 cup muesli

1 tbspn chia seeds

Optional - spoonful of honey for sweetness

Just pile it all into a bowl in whatever order you fancy. STir into a big yogurt-y, berrioful mess and enjoy!

Note: This brekkie is slightly higher in calories than some other breakfasts, but it is SO full of protein, fiber, and other goodness that we think it's worth including. Just... maybe on a workout day. ;-)
