About the Recipe

You can really vary this if you want to and that's why I love it. Maybe add spinach one day to up the protein. Maybe a scoop of peanut butter (watch the cals), etc. It's so quick and SO delicious and the protein powder keeps you nice and full for hours.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries, strawberries, or blackberries   

  • 1 banana  

  • 1 scoop protein powder   

  • 1 tbssp chia seeds

  • 1 cup soy milk
