About the Recipe
You can really vary this if you want to and that's why I love it. Maybe add spinach one day to up the protein. Maybe a scoop of peanut butter (watch the cals), etc. It's so quick and SO delicious and the protein powder keeps you nice and full for hours.

Ingredients
1/2 cup frozen blueberries, strawberries, or blackberries
1 banana
1 scoop protein powder
1 tbssp chia seeds
1 cup soy milk
Preparation
MAKE IT
Throw it alll in and blend it all up!
