BARRE blends the best of ballet, yoga, pilates, and strength training together to create a low-to-no-impact, full-body workout that will sculpt muscles, improve posture, and increase flexibility. With equal importance given to stretching as to working the muscles, a barre workout will build endurance and strength without bulking muscles. Crucially, our BARRE classes are set to the filthiest mix of hip hop that we can possibly find and sprinkled with a healthy dose of inappropriate jokes and instructor eff-bombs. BARRE is not for the faint of heart; it is for the bad of b*tch. Mats, hand weights, and balls supplied, though you are welcome to bring your own if you wish.
Please cancel a minimum of 12 hours before the start of class. Failure to cancel more than 12 hours' in advance will result in: - Loss of one class from your class pack, OR - £9 fee (for Unlimited Members), which will be invoiced to you. Invoices MUST be paid within 7 days. If not paid within 7 days, the account will be suspended and the client unable to book any classes until the invoice has been cleared.
