Service Description

Less about the burn, more about the BEND. This is a 45 minute yoga- and ballet-inspired class that's more stretch than sweat. The beats are still strong; they're just slower than usual as we gently warm the muscles and then streeeeeeeeeetch them out. A great way to finish the working week, and/or to prepare for a new one; this is for the folks who dig a bit of mind-body connection, but need more edge than a yoga class. You'll find some classic barre moves (and yes... we still do some planks) but it's heavily inspired by classical ballet stretching and the pace is much slower than BARRE. Our slow flow-stretch class is totally accessible for all skill levels and is guaranteed to up your ballerina vibes .

Cancellation Policy

Please cancel a minimum of 12 hours before the start of class. Failure to cancel more than 12 hours' in advance will result in: - Loss of one class from your class pack, OR - £9 fee (for Unlimited Members), which will be invoiced to you. Invoices MUST be paid within 7 days. If not paid within 7 days, the account will be suspended and the client unable to book any classes until the invoice has been cleared.
