BEND is our signature, slow-flow body weight class. LIVE-STREAMED via Zoom from HerSpace in Parsons Green, you need only you, your mat, and your attention. (And if you have a Spotify account and want to play the soundtrack on your end, we'll send you that too).

Cancellation Policy

Please cancel a minimum of 12 hours before the start of class. Failure to cancel more than 12 hours' in advance will result in a charge of £9 onto your original payment method. This applies to members, class pack holders, and one-off class purchases.
