Service Description
Think mat Pilates with a serious twist (of your core). This is a mat-based class with its foundations in Pilates, but strongly focused on the Triple A areas - Arms, Abs, and Ass. It is dynamic, set to music (because it's US), and will leave you feeling stronger and longer than you ever thought possible. nd the 45-minute format means you're in and out *almost* before you can say "Arghhhhh, my arse is BURIIIIIIIIIIIING". Almost. ;-)

Cancellation Policy
Please cancel a minimum of 12 hours before the start of class. Failure to cancel more than 12 hours' in advance will result in: - Loss of one class from your class pack, OR - £9 fee (for Unlimited Members), which will be invoiced to you. Invoices MUST be paid within 7 days. If not paid within 7 days, the account will be suspended and the client unable to book any classes until the invoice has been cleared.
