Chia Pudding Brekkie Cups

Takes literally two minutes to prep and is a BRILLIANT option for prepping at the start of the week.

PER CUP (so if you're making 5 for the week, obviously x 5 for the below):

2 tbsp chia seeds

1/2 cup soya milk (ORGANIC)

1 teaspoon honey or maple (or golden) syrup

Handfull blueberries/strawberries/raspberries - whatever you like!

1 1/2 pint mason jar


Pour ingredients into a jar and mix well. Let settle for 2-3 minutes then mix again very well until you see no clumping.

cover with plastic wrap (or simiar) and refrigerate at east 2 hours, but ideally overnight.

On the morning you're ready to eat, throw a few berries on top and eat cold.
