Service Description
Minimise the burn, but maximise the SWEAT; this 45 minute HIIT-style class brings low-impact moves together with heavier weights and cranks the sweat up to HIGH GEAR. Great for building strength and cardiovascular endurance.

Cancellation Policy
Please cancel a minimum of 12 hours before the start of class. Failure to cancel more than 12 hours' in advance will result in: - Loss of one class from your class pack, OR - £9 fee (for Unlimited Members), which will be invoiced to you. Invoices MUST be paid within 7 days. If not paid within 7 days, the account will be suspended and the client unable to book any classes until the invoice has been cleared.
